Beat the eggs and gradually add the sugar, oil, squash and vanilla. | ||

Sift the above ingredients and add to the mix | ||
Finally, add 1 cup chopped walnuts and 1 tsp black walnut flavoring. | ||
Grease and flour loaf pans and pour in final mix. | ||
Bake at 325 degrees F one hour or until lightly browned. | ||
