The officers and members of the Jacksonville Retired Firefighter Association are saddened to report that

JFRD Retired Fire Captain William L. (Bill) Walters passed away in Folkston, Georgia Friday March 09, 2018. Bill was hired February 1972 and retired from Engine 26 on October 07, 1995.

A viewing time for family and friends took place 6:00 pm  until 8:00 PM Monday March 12, 2018

The funeral was held 11:00 am Tuesday March 13.
