The officers and members of the Jacksonville Retired Firefighter Association are saddened to report that

Retired JFRD Captain Ted O. Sills passed away Monday August 09, 2021.

Captain Sills spent a number of years as Lieutenant at engine 17 and his last assignment was as Captain at engine 23.

A time of visitation is scheduled for 1:15 PM Saturday September 11, 2021 with a funeral service to follow at 2:00 PM at
