The officers and members of the Jacksonville Retired Firefighter Association are saddened to report that

Retired JFRD Lieutenant E. Kip Parshall (64) passed away February 07, 2025.

Kip lost a long battle with pancreatic cancer.

A memorial service will be planned for a later date.
