The officers and members of the Jacksonville Retired Firefighter Association are saddened to report that

Retired JFRD Engineer Russell Miscally passed away10/23/2024.

Funeral arrangements for retired Engineer Russell Miscally have been released.

A time of visitation is scheduled to begin at 11:00 a.m., on Saturday, November 2, 2024.

The funeral service will follow visitation and is scheduled to begin at noon.

Both the visitation and funeral service will be held in the chapel of the

Jones-Gallagher Funeral Home

Following the service, interment will take place at the

Crosby Lake Cemetery
100-6830 N.W. 75th Street
Starke, FL 32091
