The officers and members of the Jacksonville Retired Firefighter Association are saddened to report that
Retired JFRD Lieutenant Frank L. Matthews (83) passed away Tuesday December 13, 2022.
Frank was hired March 29, 1969. His last assignment when he retired was Engine 14.
A funeral service will be held 11:00 AM Monday December 19, 2022 at
