The officers and members of the Jacksonville Retired Firefighter Association are saddened to report that

Retired JFRD Rescue Lieutenant Paul Lutzen passed away Sunday October 23, 2022.

Paul was hired September 26, 1967. His last assignment when he retired was Rescue 28.

There will be a small family graveside service held at a later date.
