Active duty JFRD Engineer Stephen Colvin passed away Sunday August 25, 2019.

Born March 09, 1967, Stephen is carried on by daughters: Mackenzie Colvin Bishop (Husband: Gage Bishop), Madison Colvin,
Mother of his children: Jennifer Colvin,
Grandson: Easton Bishop
Mother:Virginia (Ginny) Waters
Father: Bill Colvin (Step mother: Kelly Colvin)
Siblings: Billy Colvin (Wife: Lena), Michele Colvin Lunn (Husband: Douglas)
and many other friends and family members who loved him dearly
