BUTLER Graymond Eldridge (Rusty) Butler, 71, of Hilliard, passed away on 01/12/2016. Mr. Butler was born on Sept. 20, 1944 in Jacksonville, Fl. to John Brooks and Susie Melvinia Butler. Mr. Butler proudly served his country in the U.S. Air Force , serving during the Vietnam Conflict. Mr. Butler then continued to serve his fellow citizens, becoming an Engineer with the Jacksonville Fire Dept. and serving for over 30 years. He is survived by his wife of 8 years, Linda Butler, 3 daughters Sallie, Shayne, and Suzy, as well as 9 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren. Visitation was held on Tues. 01/19/2016, from 6 to 8 p.m. in the Chapel of Callahan Funeral Home, with Funeral Services on Wed. 01/20/2016, @ 11:00a.m. in First Baptist Church of Callahan, with internment in Jacksonville National Cemetery @ 12:30p.m. with Firefighter Honors.
