The officers and members of the Jacksonville Retired Firefighter Association are saddened to report that

Retired JFRD Engineer Leon Elwood Baggs (79) passed away on Wednesday, July 05, 2023.

Leon was hired 01/17/1970. He spent a number of years at station 18.

There will be a memorial service only at 1:00 PM Saturday July 29, 2023 at
