The officers and members of the Jacksonville Retired Firefighter Association are saddened to report that

Retired JFRD Captain Randy Carney  passed away 12/9/2024.

Captain Carney was hired April 04, 1994 and retired in 2017 from station 48 at Blount Island.

As per his wishes, he will be cremated.
